Screen Walk

Your apps stay locked until you walk.

Screen Walk turns your steps into screen time. Pick the apps and websites that pull you in; every 250 steps you take earns a minute of screen time. Spend it on a timed break, then the lock comes back on its own. Unspent minutes roll over one day, then expire.

Privacy Policy

Effective 6 September 2026

The short version: Screen Walk has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your steps and your app selections are processed on your iPhone and never leave it. The only third party involved is Apple (for purchases) and RevenueCat (to validate those purchases).

What the app reads on your device

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. To confirm that a purchase is active, the app sends the App Store receipt and an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID to RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, health data or app selections. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

What we do not do

Notifications

The app schedules local notifications on your device (for example when a break ends). Nothing is sent to a push service.

Children

Screen Walk is a self-control tool for the device owner and is not directed at children under 13. It is not a parental-control product and does not monitor anyone else's device.

Your choices

You can revoke Health access in Settings › Health › Data Access, revoke Screen Time access in Settings › Screen Time, and delete all app data by deleting the app. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store account settings.
